Using donor rewards to manage tickets, giveaways, etc.
Manage a campaign

Use donor rewards to reward donors who contribute a set minimum amount. This could mean a t-shirt for donations of $100 or more, or you can use it to manage sales of tickets or other items.

To create a donor reward:

  1. Navigate to your FanAngel Campaign Admin page.
  2. Click the Donor Rewards & Auctions tab.
  3. Click the +Add button.
  4. Select Donor Reward for the Reward Type
  5. Enter the following information:
  • Event Name
  • Available Units (how many items/tickets are available)
  • Minimum Pledge Amount
  • Market Value - required for Non-Profit campaigns. This portion of a donation is not tax deductible and will be deducted on the tax receipt email.
  • Start/End Dates (if different from the campaign)
  • Description
  • Optional Photo
  • Select if the donor needs to provide a mailing address.

Then click Save.

You must have an active FanAngel campaign to use donor rewards. Fill out the start a fundraiser form to start one today.
