Inviting Administrators, Coaches & Advisors

As a school administrator, you're the hub that brings everyone together. This short video walks you through inviting fellow administrators and adding your coaches and advisors — so your whole team can get up and running in FanAngel Connect.

Part 1 — Invite an Administrator

Administrators help you manage your school. Here's how to add one:

  1. From My Schools, click the gear icon in the school card to reach the School Settings section.
  2. Then select the Admin Invitations tab.
  3. In the Invite Administrator panel, enter the new admin's email address. Note, one users with IT permissions can invite administators.
  4. Choose the role that matches their responsibilities — this controls what they can see and manage.
  5. Optionally check Receive travel roster, then click Send Invitation.

Good to know: Once the person accepts their email invitation, they'll appear in your list of administrators automatically.

Part 2 — Invite Coaches & Advisors

Coaches and advisors are added at the team level. Open the team you want, then choose the Invite & Approve tab.

  1. Share a join code — there's a separate code for participants, parents/guardians, coaches, and volunteers. When someone enters it in the app, they join in that role automatically.
  2. Or invite directly: enter the person's email, set their role (choose Coach for a coach), and set permissions such as Owner or Guardian.
  3. Click Send Invitation — or use Batch Invite to add several people at once.
  4. Track everyone from the Members tab, and filter by role, position, or level to find who you need.
