Your school dashboard brings every team, schedule, and conversation into one place. This short video walks coaches and administrators through the five areas of the dashboard — Teams, Travel Roster, Activity Report, Newsroom, and Messages — so you can run your school without hunting for anything.
Where to use it: The Teams, Travel Roster, Activity Report, and Newsroom tabs are available in a desktop browser. Messages is the exception — direct messages can be sent and received from the phone app too.
Open Your School
Everything starts from My Schools. Select your school card to step into the dashboard — you'll land on the Teams tab, with the rest of your tools running across the top.
- From My Schools, click your school card.
- You'll open the school dashboard on the Teams tab.
- Move between areas anytime using the tabs at the top: Teams, Travel Roster, Activity Report, Newsroom, and Messages.
Teams
The Teams tab lists every team at your school in one place. Each row shows the sport, how many members are in the team, the head coach, and how many campaigns are active — your full roster of teams at a glance.
Travel Roster
The Travel Roster is a shared calendar of your teams' games and events.
- Filter by sport or activity to focus on just the teams you care about.
- Switch between month, week, and day views to see the timeframe you need.
- Select any event to open its details and see who's traveling.
Activity Report
The Activity Report shows how active each team is. Across the top you'll see totals for the selected period — total messages, how many teams are active, the average per team, and how many are dormant. Below that, each team's message counts over the last 7, 30, and 90 days, so you can quickly spot which teams need a nudge.
Tip: Use Export CSV to pull the numbers into a spreadsheet for reporting or a quick share.
Newsroom
The Newsroom is where you share news with your school.
- Create a post with a title and a short excerpt, and add an image or video.
- Short on time? Use Generate post with AI to start from a draft.
- Choose your audience — which roles and which teams should see it.
- Send it to the school feed, straight to inboxes by email, or both.
Messages
Finally, Messages is your direct line to coaches and staff. Pick someone from your conversation list, or start a new direct message, and chat back and forth in real time.
On the go: Unlike the other tabs, Messages isn't limited to the desktop browser — you can send and receive direct messages right from the phone app too, so you stay reachable wherever you are.
